Back to basic

We are in an economical bus that, now that there are bends in sight, turns out to have no brakes. The only way out of this situation may be to turn the steering wheel completely, with all the consequences that entails.

Looking back at his childhood, and in dialogue with his father, he slowly recognizes where his curiosity comes from. He sees that the results of economic calculations are often the only thing that seems to make the news, with the political context completely missing. That’s crazy, because economics isn’t an exact science, so why does it seem like we base everything on numbers these days?

Reinjan talks to economists about various economic trends and behavioral economics.
