It took a few months, but finally the 10,000 NFT characters for the Voxies tactical RPG sold. Players who want to acquire one of these digital characters will now have to dive into the secondary market.
When most of NFT’s avatar projects sold out within a few hours, it took the Voxies team three months to sell all of their NFTs. Now that all the Voxies are sold out, players must search for all 10,000 game characters on OpenSea.
Why the NFT collection took so long to sell remains a mystery. According to some tweets, there were high costs associated with minting these Voxies. Presumably higher than the mintage price of other recently released NFT avatar collections.
Game studio AlwaysGeeky Games has given each Voxie unique and random sifates and traits. Also, they all look different, of course.
However, Voxies are more than just avatars. Owners will be able to use these voxelized characters in an upcoming tactical RPG. Voxies come in different breeds, they can make different gestures, they can have accessories, and even pets. AlwaysGeeky Games is also working on a downloadable application, which allows NFT owners to play with their little characters. I imagine something like Tamagotchi I think. In the end, the team will also add additional items and clothing.

What is Voxies
Voxies are procedurally generated NFTs that can be collected, traded, and used in an upcoming Voxies Tactics game. Each Voxel Buddy has a number of attributes and traits that make them completely unique. NFTs exist on the Ethereum blockchain.
Voxel Individual Friends are currently available for purchase on OpenSea and other downstream NFT markets. y currently function as cute and fun collectibles, but much of their value comes from speculation about their ability in the next game of tactics.

VOXEL token is key to the project. Players will earn the token by completing battles and other challenges. It can be sold externally for profit or used in-game for various purposes, such as buying items, armor, or cosmetics. More information on the VOXEL token will be available in future releases.
