Reuters received the report overnight:
- London police said on Tuesday they seized £ 180 million of an unknown cryptocurrency less than three weeks after obtaining £ 114 million loot on June 24.
- “While money is still the king of the criminal word, with the development of digital platforms we are seeing more and more organized criminals using cryptocurrencies to launder their dirty money,” said Metropolitan Police Deputy Commissioner Graham McNulty.
